AN ACT TO AMEND SECTION 73-54-17, MISSISSIPPI CODE OF 1972, TO REVISE THE REQUIREMENTS FOR A MARRIAGE AND FAMILY THERAPY LICENSE TO PROVIDE THAT THE APPLICANT'S DEGREE MAY BE FROM AN INSTITUTION ACCREDITED BY THE COUNCIL FOR ACCREDITATION OF COUNSELING AND RELATED EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS (CACREP) AND TO REDUCE CERTAIN HOUR REQUIREMENTS; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.
