AN ACT TO AMEND SECTION 27-35-309, MISSISSIPPI CODE OF 1972, TO PROVIDE THAT A PORTION OF THE PAYMENTS MADE BY A NUCLEAR GENERATING PLANT IN-LIEU OF AD VALOREM TAXES SHALL BE PAID TO CLAIBORNE COUNTY, MISSISSIPPI, TO BE USED BY THE COUNTY FOR ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT PURPOSES IN THE COUNTY; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.
