AN ACT TO AMEND SECTIONS 63-1-35 AND 45-35-3, MISSISSIPPI CODE OF 1972, TO REQUIRE ALL DRIVER'S LICENSES, DRIVING PERMITS, COMMERCIAL DRIVER'S LICENSES OR IDENTIFICATION CARDS ISSUED BY THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI TO INCLUDE THE WORDS "CRISIS LIFELINE - DIAL OR TEXT 988, OR CHAT 988LIFELINE.ORG" ON THE REVERSE SIDE OF THE LICENSE, PERMIT OR CARD; TO AMEND SECTIONS 45-35-11 AND 45-35-53, MISSISSIPPI CODE OF 1972, IN CONFORMITY TO THE PRECEDING PROVISIONS; TO REQUIRE ALL STATE-SUPPORTED POSTSECONDARY EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS UNDER THE GOVERNING AUTHORITY OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF STATE INSTITUTIONS OF HIGHER LEARNING, MISSISSIPPI COMMUNITY COLLEGE BOARD OR BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF A COMMUNITY COLLEGE DISTRICT TO ISSUE AN IDENTIFICATION CARD TO ALL PERSONNEL EMPLOYED BY AND ALL STUDENTS ENROLLED AND ATTENDING SAID POSTSECONDARY INSTITUTIONS TO INCLUDE THE WORDS "CRISIS LIFELINE - DIAL OR TEXT 988, OR CHAT 988LIFELINE.ORG" ON THE REVERSE SIDE OF THE LICENSE, PERMIT OR CARD; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.
