AN ACT TO AUTHORIZE THE ISSUANCE OF STATE GENERAL OBLIGATION BONDS TO PROVIDE FUNDS TO ASSIST THE CITY OF HOLLANDALE, MISSISSIPPI, IN PAYING THE COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH PAVING, REPAIRS, UPGRADES AND IMPROVEMENTS TO A PORTION OF OLD HIGHWAY 61 (EAST AVENUE) AND COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH PAINTING THE EXTERIOR OF THE CITY'S ELEVATED WATER TANK AND SANDBLASTING AND CLEANING THE INTERIOR OF THE WATER TANK; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.
