AN ACT TO AMEND SECTION 45-14-31, MISSISSIPPI CODE OF 1972, TO DELETE THE SCHEDULE OF SPECIFIC FEES TO BE CHARGED BY THE STATE BOARD OF HEALTH FOR RADIOLOGICAL HEALTH SERVICES; TO PROVIDE THAT THE BOARD SHALL SET MATERIALS LICENSING FEES IN CONGRUENCE WITH AND SUBJECT TO CERTAIN FEDERAL REGULATIONS; TO PROVIDE THAT THE BOARD SHALL SET THE AMOUNT OF OTHER FEES CHARGED FOR PROVIDING RADIOLOGICAL HEALTH SERVICES, SUBJECT TO CERTAIN LIMITATIONS; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.
