AN ACT TO AUTHORIZE THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF LOWNDES COUNTY, MISSISSIPPI, TO CONTRIBUTE FUNDS TO THE YMCA, BOYS AND GIRLS CLUB, HOMELESS COALITION, UNITED WAY, LAST HOUSE ON THE BLOCK, HABITAT FOR HUMANITY HOUSING, COMMUNITY COUNSELING, CONTACT HELPLINE AND HELPING HANDS BY UTILIZING CERTAIN LOCAL FISCAL RECOVERY FUNDS THAT HAVE BEEN RECEIVED BY THE COUNTY THROUGH THE AMERICAN RESCUE PLAN ACT; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.
