AN ACT TO CREATE THE "SUMMER YOUTH WORK PROGRAM ACT OF 2020"; TO AUTHORIZE MUNICIPALITIES AND COUNTIES TO ESTABLISH SUMMER YOUTH WORK PROGRAMS TO FACILITATE THE EMPLOYMENT OF HIGH SCHOOL YOUTH IN COMMUNITY JOBS; TO PRESCRIBE ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS FOR SUMMER EMPLOYMENT THROUGH A SUMMER YOUTH WORK PROGRAM; TO AUTHORIZE GOVERNMENTAL AUTHORITIES TO ACCEPT ANY AVAILABLE PUBLIC OR PRIVATE FUNDING TO COVER THE PROGRAM'S ADMINISTRATIVE COSTS AND STUDENT EMPLOYEE WAGES; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.
