AN ACT TO AMEND SECTION 17-17-313, MISSISSIPPI CODE OF 1972, TO CLARIFY THAT THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS FOR ANY REGIONAL SOLID WASTE MANAGEMENT AUTHORITY SHALL INCLUDE THE PRESIDENT OF THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF THE SUPERVISOR'S COUNTY IN WHICH THE MUNICIPAL SOLID WASTE MANAGEMENT FACILITY IS LOCATED; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.
