AN ACT TO AMEND SECTION 43-19-34, MISSISSIPPI CODE OF 1972, TO PROVIDE THAT CHILD SUPPORT MODIFICATIONS CAN BE RETROACTIVE UP TO ONE YEAR OR THE DATE OF FILING THE PETITION, WHICHEVER IS LESS; TO AMEND SECTION 93-5-23, MISSISSIPPI CODE OF 1972, TO PROVIDE THAT FAILURE TO PAY GUARDIAN AD LITEM FEES DOES NOT CONSTITUTE GROUNDS TO DENY OR RESTRICT VISITATION; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.
