AN ACT TO BE KNOWN AS THE ACT TO RESTORE HOPE, OPPORTUNITY, AND PROSPERITY FOR EVERYONE (HOPE); TO REVISE VARIOUS PROVISIONS RELATING TO THE MEDICAID PROGRAM, THE TEMPORARY ASSISTANCE FOR NEEDY FAMILIES (TANF) PROGRAM, AND THE SUPPLEMENTAL NUTRITION ASSISTANCE PROGRAM (SNAP); TO BRING FORWARD SECTIONS 43-13-115, 43-13-116.1, 43-13-121, 43-13-129, 43-17-1, 43-17-7, 43-17-11, 43-17-13, 43-17-15, 43-17-17, 43-17-19 AND 43-17-25, MISSISSIPPI CODE OF 1972, WHICH RELATE TO THE MEDICAID PROGRAM AND THE TANF PROGRAM, FOR THE PURPOSES OF POSSIBLE AMENDMENT; TO AMEND SECTION 43-17-5, MISSISSIPPI CODE OF 1972, WHICH RELATES TO THE TANF PROGRAM, TO BRING FORWARD FOR THE PURPOSES OF POSSIBLE AMENDMENT AND TO MAKE SOME MINOR NONSUBSTANTIVE CHANGES; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.
