AN ACT TO AMEND SECTIONS 25-11-103, 25-11-105, 25-11-109, 25-11-111, 25-11-113, 25-11-114, 25-11-117, 25-11-311 AND 25-11-315, MISSISSIPPI CODE OF 1972, TO PROVIDE THAT THE NUMBER OF YEARS OF MEMBERSHIP SERVICE REQUIRED TO VEST IN THE PUBLIC EMPLOYEES' RETIREMENT SYSTEM FOR ALL MEMBERS REGARDLESS OF THE DATE UPON WHICH THEY BECAME A MEMBER SHALL BE FOUR YEARS; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.
