AN ACT TO AUTHORIZE THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF TUNICA COUNTY, MISSISSIPPI, TO INCREASE BY THREE (3) MILLS THE MAXIMUM AMOUNT THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF TUNICA COUNTY MAY LEVY UPON BOTH REAL AND PERSONAL PROPERTY WITHIN THE NORTH TUNICA FIRE PROTECTION DISTRICT FOR THE OPERATION, MAINTENANCE AND SUPPORT OF SUCH DISTRICT; TO PROVIDE THAT THE LEVY SHALL NOT BE IMPOSED UPON CERTAIN UTILITIES; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.
