AN ACT TO AUTHORIZE THE ISSUANCE OF STATE GENERAL OBLIGATION BONDS TO PROVIDE FUNDS TO ASSIST THE ELVIS PRESLEY MEMORIAL FOUNDATION IN TUPELO, MISSISSIPPI, IN PAYING COSTS INCURRED FOR EXPANSION OF AND IMPROVEMENTS AND ADDITIONS TO THE ELVIS PRESLEY BIRTHPLACE, MUSEUM AND CHAPEL AND RELATED FACILITIES IN TUPELO; TO AUTHORIZE THE ISSUANCE OF STATE GENERAL OBLIGATION BONDS TO PROVIDE FUNDS TO ASSIST IN PAYING THE COSTS OF CONSTRUCTION OF A VIETNAM VETERANS MEMORIAL WALL AND THE STAGING OF AN F-105 PLANE AT THE TUPELO VETERANS PLAZA IN TUPELO; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.
