AN ACT TO AMEND SECTION 43-13-117, MISSISSIPPI CODE OF 1972, TO REQUIRE THE PEER COMMITTEE TO REVIEW THE MEDICAID MANAGED CARE PROGRAM AND REPORT BY DECEMBER 31, 2013; TO REQUIRE THE DIVISION OF MEDICAID TO PROVIDE PEER WITH CERTAIN INFORMATION BY JULY 1, 2012, THAT WILL BE USED IN THE REVIEW; TO EXTEND THE DATE OF THE REPEALERS ON THIS SECTION AND ON CERTAIN PROVISIONS OF THIS SECTION; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.
