A RESOLUTION TO AMEND HOUSE RULE 54, 2008-2012 RULES OF THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES, TO REQUIRE THAT BEFORE A CONFERENCE REPORT ON A MEASURE MAY BE CONSIDERED, THE HOUSE SHALL BE INFORMED OF ANY PROVISIONS IN THE REPORT THAT WERE NOT INCLUDED IN ANY VERSION OF THE MEASURE PREVIOUSLY CONSIDERED BY THE HOUSE.
