AN ACT TO AUTHORIZE THE ISSUANCE OF $20,000,000.00 IN STATE GENERAL OBLIGATION BONDS TO PROVIDE FUNDS FOR THE LOCAL SYSTEM BRIDGE REPLACEMENT AND REHABILITATION PROGRAM; TO AUTHORIZE THE ISSUANCE OF STATE GENERAL OBLIGATION BONDS IN THE AMOUNT OF $20,000,000.00 TO PROVIDE ADDITIONAL FUNDS FOR USE BY THE OFFICE OF STATE AID ROAD CONSTRUCTION FOR THE REPLACEMENT AND/OR REHABILITATION OF CERTAIN DEFICIENT COUNTY BRIDGES AND FOR CERTAIN SAFETY RELATED IMPROVEMENTS TO COUNTY ROADS; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.
