AN ACT TO AMEND SECTION 21-19-11, MISSISSIPPI CODE OF 1972, TO REVISE THE PROCEDURES REQUIRED OF MUNICIPALITIES TO CLEAN PROPERTY DETERMINED TO BE A MENACE TO THOSE IN THE MUNICIPAL COMMUNITY AND TO REVISE COLLECTION OF FEES THEREFOR THAT REMAIN UNPAID BY THE PROPERTY OWNER; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.
