AN ACT TO AMEND SECTION 37-101-221, MISSISSIPPI CODE OF 1972, TO PROVIDE THAT THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF STATE INSTITUTIONS OF HIGHER LEARNING SHALL NOT IMPOSE AN IN-STATE SERVICE COMMITMENT ON HEALTH PROFESSIONAL STUDENTS RECEIVING INSTRUCTION OUT OF STATE UNDER AN AGREEMENT WITH THE SOUTHERN REGIONAL EDUCATION BOARD; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.
