AN ACT TO CREATE THE MISSISSIPPI EXISTING FORESTRY INDUSTRY ENTERPRISE REVOLVING LOAN PROGRAM TO BE ADMINISTERED BY THE MISSISSIPPI DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY FOR THE PURPOSE OF PROVIDING LOANS TO CERTAIN FORESTRY INDUSTRY ENTERPRISES THAT HAVE BEEN OPERATING IN THIS STATE FOR NOT LESS THAN THREE YEARS; TO AUTHORIZE THE ISSUANCE OF $18,500,000.00 IN STATE GENERAL OBLIGATION BONDS TO PROVIDE FUNDS FOR THE MISSISSIPPI EXISTING FORESTRY INDUSTRY ENTERPRISE ASSISTANCE PROGRAM; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.
