AN ACT TO AMEND SECTION 43-13-407, MISSISSIPPI CODE OF 1972, TO PROVIDE FOR THE TRANSFER OF A CERTAIN AMOUNT OF FUNDS FROM THE HEALTH CARE TRUST FUND TO THE HEALTH CARE EXPENDABLE FUND DURING FISCAL YEAR 2010; TO DIRECT THE STATE FISCAL OFFICER TO TRANSFER A CERTAIN AMOUNT OF FUNDS FROM THE HEALTH CARE EXPENDABLE FUND TO THE DEPARTMENT OF MENTAL HEALTH FOR THE PURPOSE OF PROVIDING MEDICAID MATCHING FUNDS FOR THE COMMUNITY MENTAL HEALTH CENTERS; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.
