A CONCURRENT RESOLUTION SUSPENDING THE DEADLINES FOR THE PURPOSE OF REQUESTING THE DRAFTING, AND THE INTRODUCTION, CONSIDERATION AND PASSAGE, OF A BILL ENTITLED "AN ACT TO AUTHORIZE THE CITY OF SOUTHAVEN TO CONTRACT WITH AWG FOR ROAD IMPROVEMENTS TO A CERTAIN ROAD LOCATED IN THE CITY; TO PROVIDE THAT THE CONTRACT AUTHORIZE THE CITY TO ACCEPT FUNDING FOR THE ROAD IMPROVEMENTS; TO REQUIRE THAT SUCH CONTRACT PROVIDE THAT THE CITY REPAY AWG FOR SUCH FUNDING; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES."
