A CONCURRENT RESOLUTION SUSPENDING THE DEADLINES FOR THE PURPOSE OF REQUESTING THE DRAFTING, INTRODUCTION, CONSIDERATION AND PASSAGE, OF A BILL ENTITLED "AN ACT TO REENACT SECTIONS 7-9-151, 7-9-153, 7-9-155, 7-9-157 AND 7-9-159, MISSISSIPPI CODE OF 1972, WHICH ESTABLISH THE CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS PREPLANNING FUND AND AUTHORIZE THE PAYMENT OF PREPLANNING EXPENSES FROM SUCH FUND; TO AMEND SECTION 7-9-161, MISSISSIPPI CODE OF 1972, TO EXTEND THE REPEALER ON THE SECTIONS OF LAW ESTABLISHING THE CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS PREPLANNING FUND; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES."
