AN ACT TO AMEND SECTION 43-13-117, MISSISSIPPI CODE OF 1972, TO PROVIDE THAT THE MEDICAID INPATIENT HOSPITAL REIMBURSEMENT PLAN SHALL BE AMENDED TO ASSURE THAT ACUTE CARE HOSPITALS OF A CERTAIN SIZE ARE REIMBURSED AT A RATE EQUAL TO THEIR ALLOWABLE COSTS PLUS TEN PERCENT; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.
