AN ACT TO AMEND SECTIONS 49-1-11 AND 49-1-45, MISSISSIPPI CODE OF 1972, TO REQUIRE THE MISSISSIPPI DEPARTMENT OF WILDLIFE, FISHERIES AND PARKS TO MAKE INFORMATION AVAILABLE TO THE PUBLIC CONCERNING RULES, REGULATIONS, AND POLICIES ON THE DEPARTMENT'S WEB SITE; TO AMEND SECTION 49-7-5, MISSISSIPPI CODE OF 1972, TO AUTHORIZE THE MISSISSIPPI COMMISSION ON WILDLIFE FISHERIES AND PARKS, UPON AN AGREEMENT WITH THE PEARL RIVER VALLEY WATER SUPPLY DISTRICT TO ISSUE A SPECIAL PERMIT OR ENDORSEMENT ON HUNTING AND FISHING LICENSE TO ALLOW BOATING ON THE ROSS BARNETT RESERVOIR FOR THOSE PURPOSES; TO AUTHORIZE THE COMMISSION TO ESTABLISH A REASONABLE FEE FOR THE ISSUANCE OF SUCH SPECIAL PERMIT OR ENDORSEMENT; TO PROVIDE THAT THE COMMISSION SHALL REMIT THE FEE TO THE PEARL RIVER VALLEY WATER SUPPLY DISTRICT LESS A REASONABLE HANDLING FEE FOR THE ISSUANCE OF EACH PERMIT OR ENDORSEMENT; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.
