AN ACT TO AMEND SECTION 49-7-31, MISSISSIPPI CODE OF 1972, TO AUTHORIZE THE COMMISSION ON WILDLIFE, FISHERIES AND PARKS TO SET A SPECIAL SEASON TO RUN CONCURRENTLY WITH THE PRIMITIVE WEAPONS SEASON; TO AMEND SECTION 49-7-39, MISSISSIPPI CODE OF 1972, TO DELETE THE PROVISION THAT AUTHORIZES THE COMMISSION TO ESTABLISH A SPECIAL HUNTING SEASON FOR YOUTH; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.
