AN ACT TO REENACT SECTIONS 37-153-1, 37-153-3, 37-153-5, 37-153-7, 37-153-9, 37-153-11 AND 37-153-13, MISSISSIPPI CODE OF 1972, WHICH IS THE MISSISSIPPI COMPREHENSIVE WORKFORCE TRAINING AND EDUCATION ACT, TO CLARIFY THAT THE REPEALER SET FORTH IN SECTION 60 OF CHAPTER 572, LAWS OF 2004, SHALL NOT APPLY TO THIS ACT; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.
