AN ACT TO AMEND SECTION 25-3-13, MISSISSIPPI CODE OF 1972, TO INCREASE THE SALARIES OF THE MEMBERS OF THE BOARDS OF SUPERVISORS; TO AMEND SECTION 25-3-15, MISSISSIPPI CODE OF 1972, TO REVISE THE SALARY SCALE FOR MEMBERS OF THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS IN ANY COUNTY WHEREIN 12,000 ACRES OR MORE OF THE REAL PROPERTY OF THE COUNTY IS OWNED BY AN AGENCY OF THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT AND CONSEQUENTLY EXEMPTED FROM AD VALOREM TAXES; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.
