A RESOLUTION TO AMEND HOUSE RULES 11A AND 14, 2008-2012 RULES OF THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES, TO PROVIDE THAT CERTAIN OFFICERS AND EMPLOYEES OF THE HOUSE MUST HAVE THE APPROVAL OF A MAJORITY OF THE HOUSE MEMBERSHIP BEFORE THOSE OFFICERS AND EMPLOYEES MAY SERVE IN THOSE CAPACITIES.
