BATSON HOSPITAL FOR CHILDREN; TO AMEND REENACTED SECTION 37-115-43, MISSISSIPPI CODE OF 1972, TO PLACE THE REPEALER ON THIS CODE SECTION IN THE STATUTE AND TO EXTEND THE DATE OF THE REPEALER FROM JULY 1, 2008, TO JULY 1, 2011; TO AMEND SECTION 2, CHAPTER 561, LAWS OF 2007, TO DELETE THE REPEALER ON SECTION 37-115-43, MISSISSIPPI CODE OF 1972, FROM THE EFFECTIVE DATE SECTION OF THE ENACTING LEGISLATION; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.
